The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Great breakfast buffet. The bar had excellent service even late at night. Wheelchair accessible room layout was thoughtful and well-designed.

The hotel reception was excellent, offering complimentary fruit upon arrival. The staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect as it was just across the road from town shops. The restaurant was also convenient and we enjoyed dining there multiple times.

There were some drawbacks to our stay. The room was missing essential items such as hooks in the bathroom and a larger wardrobe for unpacking clothes.

Felt really welcomed, nothing was too much trouble

stayed here before and knew it was good, but this time was even better! the staff were so friendly and helpful, offering us rewards and late checkout. the room was clean, cosy, and spacious, with a great feature to connect devices to the TV. free fruit and water in the lobby was a nice touch. will definitely stay again, best hotel in town!

Everything is what I need and want.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The ensuite was impeccably cleaned and the entire hotel felt very safe. The staff were attentive and engaging, attending to us quickly and genuinely helping us with whatever we needed. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a great variety of cold items, juices, snacks, as well as delicious freshly cooked bacon or sausage baps. The hotel's location right in the town center made it convenient for us to explore the city and enjoy the bay.

The breakfast was tasty, they had a nice selection. the bed was comfy, we did get a good rest. the location was convenient, close to supermarkets and fast food joints.

The parking was limited and we had to park far away. the rooms near the ground floor were not private at all, since they are right in front of the parking.

This hotel was a great find! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Barrow with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you'd expect. And let me tell you, the bed was so cozy! The breakfast had a good variety, although I wish there were more options for vegetarians. it was a fantastic stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express - Barrow-In-Furness & South Lakes. The hotel is modern and clean, and my room was lovely with a fantastic shower and bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Although there was limited parking on-site, I was able to park for free in a car park across the street. However, I did have some concerns about leaving my car unattended in the area.

The hotel was a great find in terms of value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was perfect, right near the main shopping area and opposite the town hall. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were well-equipped with all the expected amenities and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good range of options, especially for vegetarians, with hot food included.

We particularly enjoyed the various options available and the frequent refilling of the food items. the hotel's location near shops and supermarkets was convenient for us to grab our own breakfast. the hotel itself was spotless and provided a comfortable and quiet stay. the beds were lovely and we had a great night's sleep.

The limited water temperature range and water pressure in the shower. the lowest setting was a little bit too hot for my liking, and I had to spend more time in the shower to complete my shower.
