The lobby staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a pleasant surprise considering our late arrival. the rooms were spacious, with great options for heating and cooling depending on the season. the large shower unit in the bathroom was a bonus. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options including pastries and cooked food, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The broken elevator was a major inconvenience, especially for my father who has a heart condition. It would have been helpful if arrangements were made for him to have a ground floor room or if we were warned about the elevator issue beforehand.
