We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were particularly helpful, especially Storm on reception. After our car was vandalised, she immediately took action, calling her manager to assist us. She even came out with us to brush our car and clear the glass from the parking area. As elderly guests, we truly appreciated her care and support.

The hotel was in a great location for us, as it was directly opposite Temple Meads station. The staff were also friendly and helpful, and our room had a comfy bed and good shower. The breakfast was also great, with lovely strong coffee and options for vegetarians and different intolerances.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express, Bristol. My family and I were visiting from Australia and we chose this hotel for its excellent location opposite Temple Meads Station. The beds were super comfortable and I loved having the option of hard or soft pillows. The rooms and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the WIFI worked perfectly throughout our stay. I also appreciated the free newspaper delivered to my door every morning. The hotel staff, from reception to cleaners, were incredibly friendly and professional, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is located right opposite the train station and it's just a short walk away from the shopping area. The car park is well allocated for the hotel and there is an access code needed to enter. The rooms and bathrooms are kept clean and the beds are comfortable with a choice of hard or soft pillows. WIFI works all the time and the breakfast offers a good selection of cereal, fresh croissants and fruits. Staff are professional, pleasant and always helpful.

The hotel's policy of demanding £50 cash as security upon check-in seems a bit unclear and unnecessary.

Had a weekend trip, and we loved our stay at this hotel! the location was super central, and we could easily explore the city on foot. the breakfast was yummy, and it had a variety of options, including hot dishes and cereals. the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee in the room, which was a nice touch.

The hotel only had limited TV channels, which was a bit disappointing. the road noise at night was high, but this is normal for a city center location, so we understand it's not the hotel's fault.
