Our stay at Ambassador was enjoyable overall. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Parking was convenient and readily available. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel.

I loved the location, just off Great Western Road, perfect for exploring the nearby university and botanic gardens. The staff were amazing, especially Gary at reception, who was so friendly and helpful. The hotel had a personal touch and even upgraded me to an apartment when there were no double rooms available. Off-street parking was a plus.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the beautiful Botanic Gardens. Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll through the gardens, or explore the nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and functional, with tea/coffee facilities and TV. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of power points, including USB ports. The friendly staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast options are varied and delicious.

Some minor improvements could be made in terms of soundproofing to ensure a quieter and more relaxing stay.

Great location, close to the West End but on a quieter street. Compact, clean, and bright rooms. Comfy beds. Tea making facilities and free car park available. Perfect for friends going out at nights.

The renovated rooms were small but really nice, and the rainshower in the bathroom was a great touch. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Glasgow, as it was just a short walk to the tube station and only three stops away from the city center. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The view from our room, which was just a wall outside the window. However, this wasn't a big issue as we were too busy exploring the city to spend much time in the room.

What an amazing stay! The room was huge and immaculately clean. The comfortable bed was a dream come true. I loved the location, right across from the beautiful Botanical Gardens. We even enjoyed some delicious pizza and drinks on a warm summer night, sitting on the picnic tables out the back. We were thrilled to have free parking, which made our stay even better. The staff was fantastic, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Plus, we got two awesome complementary goodies that topped off our stay.

The road was a bit of a hassle to get to, and the parking was limited and hard to navigate through. Although the road is a dead-end, it wasn't highlighted, and by the time we arrived, it was difficult to park or turn around.

The walls were thin, and noise from the next room was audible, making it difficult to sleep. The shower room was unheated and very cold, which was uncomfortable.
