We had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was comfy and adequate for our needs. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast, although limited, was tasty. The location was central and convenient for exploring the city. I would recommend this hotel for its affordability, decent breakfast, and friendly staff.

our recent honeymoon trip to londonderry was made even more memorable thanks to holiday inn express. the location was perfect, with easy access to shopping centres and a great variety of eateries nearby. the staff were incredibly helpful and the room was just the right size for the two of us. a wonderful stay overall!

Noisy street at night.

the location is unbeatable as everything is within walking distance. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making me feel more like a valued customer than just a guest. Thirdly, the rooms with their modern touch were great and the beds were very comfortable. Finally, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

There was nothing that I could find to fault with this hotel.

We had a great stay in a fantastic location, right in the center of the city. The hotel was close to everything, including both large shopping centers. The room was clean and fresh, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed unlimited tea and coffee, and the breakfast had a variety of delicious options. We also loved the blackout curtains, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

The street outside the hotel was a bit run down in places, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for walking tours and even going out of their way to get lacto free milk for my breakfast. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious room and a delicious breakfast included in the price. I was also pleased to find discounted parking available at the nearby shopping center.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Derry for a weekend getaway. Francesca at check-in was friendly and helpful. The foyer and bar had a great atmosphere. All the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Perfect central location.

loved my recent stay in londonderry! holiday inn express went above and beyond. the staff were excellent, and even brought a table to my room within minutes when i mentioned it was missing. the price was also unbeatable compared to other options in the area. highly recommend!

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the airport taxi and bus. It was also centrally located, making it easy to explore the city center and take a walk along the riverside and across the Peace bridge. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure that everything was going well with our visit.

The room we were allocated overlooked a side street that seemed to attract noisy drivers, who would race around until the early hours of the morning. It was a bit disappointing as it affected our sleep quality.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Derry for 4 nights. The staff was amazing and went over and beyond for us, especially the gentleman at the front desk on the weekend. The room size and bathroom were good, and the breakfast was also enjoyable. The location of the hotel was excellent, with an amazing view. We appreciated the flexibility when we had to cancel one person's reservation last minute, and the staff accommodated us by putting us in one room together. The staff, including Thomas, was always helpful and made us feel safe during our stay.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Derry was perfect for our longer term business trip. The facilities were great and the breakfast included in our rate was a fantastic value. The staff was nice and helpful during my New Year stay. the provided breakfast was decent and the availability of room service for external food orders was a pleasant surprise. the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs and the complementary parking offer saved me a few bucks.

The price was a little high considering some minor inconveniences such as the shower head not staying locked and the difficulty of setting up some TV streaming services. it was a reasonable price in a great location, but these small issues made my stay less perfect.
