Clean and spacious room with a good shower and toilet. Free coffee provided. Plenty of plug sockets and a large TV. Helpful staff who assisted with check-in and provided a TV remote. Adequate car park with security gate. Good location close to Star City and a few restaurants on the outskirts of the city. Included breakfast was a great bonus.

As a first-time traveler, I stayed at Holiday Inn Express Star City in Birmingham for a few nights. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The biggest surprise was the receptionists, Darshana and Gemma, who were always smiling and joking. Their hospitality made my weekend fantastic, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a pleasure. The room was spacious and comfortable with a refreshing shower. The breakfast had a good selection of items and plenty of parking was available. The hotel's location was perfect for our trip to the nearby attractions and shopping areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, with a bus stop just across the road providing easy transportation to the city center. Additionally, there was a leisure park nearby with plenty of eateries, which made finding dinner a breeze. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread offered a great selection, including a gluten-free section, and it was all you can eat from 7 am to around 10 am. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a small restaurant next to reception and even a TV and toys for young children in the common breakfast/lounge area. We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived late at night to find that our room had been mistakenly checked in by another guest. However, the friendly receptionist promptly went upstairs to confirm that the room was still available for us.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Birmingham Star City. The location was convenient, with easy access to the M6 junction 5. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They even went out of their way to prepare a continental breakfast for me at 5:30AM. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered ample parking, which was a plus. I would recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

The location was perfect, as it was on the outskirts of the city but still quite close to the city center. being next to the Star City entertainment center was a great advantage.
