The free coffee in the restaurant was a nice touch, and the new bathroom design with the special door added convenience to our morning routine.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Folkestone was excellent. The location is perfect for those traveling through the channel tunnel or taking a ferry from Dover. The hotel is just off the M20 motorway, making it easy to find. The rooms, although budget, were clean and comfortable. I was also pleased that they accept dogs for a small fee. The hotel offers free car parking if you register your car at reception. I also appreciated the designated area in the bar restaurant for dog owners to enjoy their meals.

In terms of the breakfast, it was delicious and had a good variety of options. However, it would have been even better if they had included tomatoes, mushrooms, and poached eggs, instead of just scrambled eggs.

The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, although the workspace was a bit limited. these factors made my stay at this hotel truly enjoyable.

The staff were professional and helpful. The check-in desk advised about driving to the Eurotunnel terminal. There was plenty of parking space. There was a nearby Tesco and a Table Table restaurant. The room had air conditioning, which was necessary. The toiletries provided were Lux and Dove. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausages, baked beans, toast, cereals, and yogurt. Hot drinks were available at all times. The location is ideal for travelers going to or coming from the Channel Tunnel. The hotel is quiet and away from the M20 motorway.

This hotel is located on the edge of a housing estate, making it a quiet and relaxing place to stay. It's in a great location close to the Channel Tunnel and Eurotunnel, perfect for those early starts. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with divine beds that guarantee a great night's sleep. The breakfast is adequate and included in the good price. There's also a small restaurant area on site where you can book a table.

One downside is that the lift was out of order during our stay, and there was no help offered from staff with luggage.

We recently had a romantic escape and we loved the price, the friendly staff, and the clean room. the complementary coffee machine in the room and the outstanding breakfast buffet made our stay even better. the hotel is located only a few minutes away from the Channel Tunnel, which was very convenient for our travels. the easy parking was also a plus for us.

The heating in the room was not ideal, and we had to constantly run the air conditioning unit to get any warmth, which wasn't very cozy. the bathroom floor was very cold and unpleasant to step on.
