The hotel's location was very handy for exploring the city center and was perfect for us as we had an early morning flight. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were satisfactory.

One major downside was the excessive noise, both outside and inside the hotel. the room doors were constantly being slammed, creating a disruptive and loud atmosphere.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect! It was close to all the sightseeing bus tours and just a short walk to the main attractions. We loved being able to jump off the bus and have a short walk back to the hotel in the evening. the room was exactly what we expected from a Holiday Inn Express - clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. the bed was huge and super comfy! the breakfast in the morning was great, with a variety of options including croissants, muffins, fruit, and yogurt. We especially liked the little milk bottles - a nice touch!

The parking situation was a major downside. We were under the impression that there would be parking available, but upon arrival, we were told to park at the NCP car park down the road.
