Attended a concert at the nearby O2 arena and found the location of Holiday Inn Express to be incredibly convenient. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its proximity to the O2 and pleasant accommodations.

Its location was good once we found the quickest route to-and-from North Greenwich station for O2 stadium, which was very close to a metro station that got us in the city center in approximately 30 minutes. Also, the hotel was in a quiet area and offered basic amenities. The rooms were cleaned with housekeeping and had nice bathrooms, and the breakfast served in a relaxed atmosphere had warm fresh croissants with generous portions available.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that two complementary drinks were offered upon check-in. the hotel's location, close to the main attractions, was certainly a plus. the room had a great view that I enjoyed.

The heater in the room was not working properly. the breakfast selection was quite limited and disappointing.
