As business guests, we appreciated the convenient location next to North Acton train station. The proximity to transportation made it easy for us to travel around the city. We also liked having a Tesco and Sainsburys nearby, as well as a Dominos and Costa for quick meals on the go.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was a pleasant one. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was included and there was a variety of fresh choices. I liked the fact that the hotel was located close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi and a lounge area to relax in.

There were a few negative aspects to the hotel. the rooms were quite warm and stuffy due to the lack of air conditioning and only having the option of heating.

This hotel has a great location, just beside a tube station and many shops. Rooms are equipped with all the basic amenities and have very comfy beds. Breakfast is included in the rate and offers many options for different cultures. One detail: The staff is very attentive to detail, and even fixed the AC in one room immediately after a guest reported it was not working properly.

Literally next to the Tube station! The convenience of being able to hop on the Central line and reach the city center in just 20 minutes without changing trains was fantastic. The staff, particularly the friendly lady Noemi, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was decent, and the addition of a Costa cafe across the hotel was a nice bonus.
