Loved the attentive staff, especially Sayed Ibrahem! The rooms are stylish, beds are comfy, and the food is great. No kids allowed, so it's always quiet here. The pools are refreshing and the gym is top-notch.

The Wi-Fi is perfect if you just want to load Google docs, but good luck with video meetings. Had to get a prepaid SIM.

Great value for the money, stunning views from the balcony, and a beautiful room. The location was convenient, close to the airport, and there were nice shops nearby. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

They were always available and always had a smile on their faces. the facilities were top notch and well-maintained. The pools were clean and inviting, and we enjoyed spending our days lounging by the pool and sipping on refreshing drinks. The location of the hotel was also a great advantage, as it was close to shops, restaurants, and other attractions, making it convenient for exploration.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few things that we didn't particularly enjoy. The variety and taste were lacking, and we found ourselves eating the same thing every day.

During our Easter stay, we really enjoyed the amazing staff who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The reception manager always checked in with us and made us feel welcomed. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in keeping our rooms clean and comfortable. The variety and quality of food in the restaurants were delicious. the hotel had a beautiful beach and a clean and refreshing pool. The internet connection was also reliable.

The Asian cuisine in one of the lounges could use improvement in terms of variety and quality. We also found it a bit annoying when staff members interrupted our relaxation to sell spa treatments or tours.

Our stay at the resort was absolutely amazing. From the warm welcome by Mr. Ali to the friendly and helpful staff, we felt cared for from the moment we arrived. The level of hospitality was out of this world, and we loved our beautiful, comfortable, and quiet room. The resort had a great range of restaurants and bars, and the food was delicious. The facilities were excellent, with three pools to enjoy even when the hotel was fully booked. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the housekeeping team to the waiters and reception staff. We can't thank them enough for their outstanding service.

We were able to book a snorkeling trip and explore the beautiful underwater world of Hurghada. The tour was well-organized and the guide was friendly and informative. It was a fantastic experience that the whole family loved.

My children wanted a dedicated kids' club or some specific activities for children at the resort.

During my Xmas vacation, I enjoyed the amazing complementary hot tea offered in the lobby, as well as the free shuttle to the nearby mall. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was on the beach and had great sunset views. The best aspect of my stay was definitely the staff, who were always helpful and polite, and made me feel welcome.

The music was too loud and sometimes overwhelming. It was hard to escape from it and relax.

The cleanliness of the resort was also impressive, with staff members constantly working to maintain its immaculate appearance. I highly recommend this resort for a fantastic vacation experience.
