The hotel is conveniently located near local theme parks, making it a great choice for families with kids. The rooms are nice and clean, with a fridge, safe, and ironing board. The bathroom is kept impeccably clean with a shower area. The staff is excellent and helpful, and the breakfast offers a wonderful choice. There is also a separate area in the restaurant with its own toaster.

The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities, including a designated smoking area. The parking was free and convenient. The location was lovely, situated by a marina in a nice area. The staff, especially the main reception employee, were always smiling and helpful. The bar area had comfortable seating and a great atmosphere.

Spacious room with king bed and double bed settee. Clean hotel with empty grass space. Pool available, but spa facilities and restaurant closed due to current circumstances. Found a nice restaurant nearby called the Red Lion. Stayed for 1 night and visited Chessington the next day. Would stay again.

My Xmas stay was better than expected, with friendly personnel I was given amazing complementary drinks. Located in a safe and easily accessible neighborhood, with a large parking facility, my check-in experience was smooth. I enjoyed my stay in a clean and well-lit room with comfortable bedding.

My experience at the bar could have been better, as the staff was a little disinterested. Although the check-out was smooth, the cleaning staff knocked on the door too early which is a bad wakeup call.
