Great location and convenient to the city

The hotel's location was perfect, with Westfield Shopping Mall just below and easy access to the city via Stratford station. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, making it ideal for families. We loved the variety of restaurants nearby and the convenience of having an M&S supermarket just outside the station. The only downside was that it was a bit difficult to find the hotel initially, but we still highly recommend it.

As young holiday goers, the best part of our stay was the perfect location. With Westfield Stratford and all the shopping and leisure activities right on our doorstep, we were able to explore the local area easily. The proximity to Stratford station also made it convenient for us to travel into the city center or venture out to other parts of London. The spacious and comfortable room was a plus, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We even received a complimentary upgrade and free drinks for our 1 year wedding anniversary celebration.

The room was very well equipped with amenities like free Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and air conditioning, making my stay very comfortable.

We appreciated the tasty drinks and snacks that were complementary upon our arrival. the location was great, with just a short walk to major shopping centers and public transportation. the view from our room was amazing and it was a great added bonus to wake up to every morning.

The communication regarding prices and policies could have been clearer, as we were charged more than expected for breakfast. the customer service was also lacking, with issues not being resolved in a timely manner and an unresponsive staff.
