Great location and convenient to the city

The hotel's location was perfect, with Westfield Shopping Mall just below and easy access to the city via Stratford station. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, making it ideal for families. We loved the variety of restaurants nearby and the convenience of having an M&S supermarket just outside the station. The only downside was that it was a bit difficult to find the hotel initially, but we still highly recommend it.

As young holiday goers, the best part of our stay was the perfect location. With Westfield Stratford and all the shopping and leisure activities right on our doorstep, we were able to explore the local area easily. The proximity to Stratford station also made it convenient for us to travel into the city center or venture out to other parts of London. The spacious and comfortable room was a plus, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We even received a complimentary upgrade and free drinks for our 1 year wedding anniversary celebration.

Felt totally at home, no complaint.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury and comfort provided. The location here is a shopper's paradise as it is situated right in the Westfield shopping centre and it was very convenient to go from my room to the mall for shopping and dining. The staff provided great service and were very hospitable, even going the extra mile to get us gluten-free desserts. The room was very well equipped with amenities like free Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and air conditioning, making my stay very comfortable.

my recent stay at a hotel in London was nothing short of amazing. the modern and clean atmosphere, along with the welcoming reception staff, made me feel right at home. the convenient location near the tube station was a huge plus. the highlight of my stay was the fantastic array of fresh fruits at breakfast. it exceeded my expectations and made my staycation truly enjoyable.
