Courteous staff, excellent service, great breakfast and dinner. Nice courtyard for relaxation. Clean and comfortable room. Will definitely return!

As backpackers, we appreciated the convenience of having a fridge in our room. The complimentary pop and chocolate upon arrival was a nice touch, even though it wasn't replenished. The gentleman at reception was helpful and polite when we made a complaint. The hotel's location close to the motorway made it a great stopover.

The location of the hotel near the M1 motorway was convenient for travelers. the rooms were modern and well equipped with comfortable beds.

There were a few drawbacks to my experience. the heating in the room was uncontrollable, making it uncomfortably hot.

Stayed for Easter weekend, the hotel was close to a major highway and the surrounding area was quite picturesque. the room was spacious and could accommodate a family of four comfortably. Another pleasant surprise was the breakfast buffet which provided a variety of options.

The staff wasn't very welcoming and the customer service was below average. They seemed unprepared for the Easter weekend rush and the service was slow, leaving us waiting at the reception and restaurant for unreasonable amounts of time.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn for a friend's wedding and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that all guests, not just the wedding party, felt welcome and taken care of. The room was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. The hotel also offers great value for money with their affordable bar drinks and coffees. a fantastic place to stay with a fantastic team.

The hotel seemed to lack proper maintenance, with some areas showing signs of wear and tear and in need of a fresh coat of paint. The limited number of staff members sometimes resulted in delays and queues, particularly during busy times like the wedding event.
