I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Holiday Inn Newport. Despite the initial appearance of the hotel from the outside, stepping inside completely changed my perception. The friendly staff, smooth check-in process, and the availability of Sky Sports in the room made my stay very satisfactory. I also appreciated the little luxuries like the soft fluffy towels, well-stocked mini-bar, and a great selection of TV channels, including Sky Sport. Stayed for a weekend and was pleasantly surprised. the rooms were modern and clean with comfortable beds and a range of TV channels. the hotel had a convenient location for exploring the area. the gym was small but had all the equipment we needed for a quick workout.

Parking was an issue as guests were issued with fines even after following the directions given by the hotel. There were no barriers installed to indicate that guests needed to validate their parking tickets at reception.
