I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was perfect as it was only a 5 to 10-minute walk to some great restaurants and the city center. The view from the apartment, overlooking the river, was absolutely stunning. The apartment itself was well equipped and had all the necessary facilities. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the kitchen was stocked with milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, and even bread. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of this place was perfect for exploring the area. I loved that I could easily walk across a carpark in heels to get to where I wanted to go, like the park and ride and the airport. The service here was top-notch, from the attentive staff to the Manager who eventually came and apologized for any inconvenience. They gave a 5-star service that made me feel valued and well taken care of.

The staff are helpful and well-trained, providing excellent service. The bathrooms are clean and tidy, with excellent facilities. The hotel also offers a gym and spa for guests to enjoy.

The bar and restaurant lacked atmosphere and felt a bit soulless.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the hotel's location, just a short walk from the airport. The rooms were comfortable and had nice amenities like an iron and ironing board. The pool and jacuzzi area was a great place to relax. we had a satisfactory experience at the hotel and would recommend it.

The bar and restaurant area was great, lots of space and modern furnishings. the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. the breakfast was amazing, so much choice and really delicious.

The pool area was also dirty and in need of maintenance. the menu at the restaurant was limited and overpriced.

Great staff, very friendly and good with kids. Breakfast was delicious, cooked to perfection with plenty of options. the hotel room was quiet and well presented, with a lovely little garden outside.

The room I stayed in was run down and basic compared to other hotels. the bathroom lock was broken and there was a questionable stain on the chair.

The room I stayed in was impeccable, everything was new and spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One of the receptionists even helped me retrieve a bag that I had accidentally left at a restaurant outside of town. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Norwich. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
