I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn! The room was very comfortable and spacious, providing the perfect environment for a relaxing stay. The free and unlimited use of the David Lloyd gym was a great bonus, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine while on vacation. The hotel itself had a quality feel, and the easy parking made it convenient for me to come and go as I pleased. I highly recommend this hotel for its great staff, comfortable rooms, and fantastic gym amenities.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, just a short walk from where I needed to be. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite being located in an industrial area, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay.

Although there was a minor inconvenience with the TV controls not changing the source, the staff at reception were helpful and tried their best to assist. The only downside was a slight language barrier, which made it a bit challenging to communicate my issue effectively.

The exterior of the hotel could do with a clean and coat of paint.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Ipswich for a weekend getaway. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. I was pleased to find amenities such as an iron and a hairdryer available in the room. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and there was plenty of parking available. it was a great stay.

We had a perfectly efficient, clean and comfortable overnight stay at the Holiday Inn. The central location and free parking were convenient. The staff greeted us with smiles and our room was cool, clean, and had a huge king size bed. Although we didn't have breakfast, everything else exceeded our expectations.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. With affordable prices and attention to detail, it's hard to find a better deal. The staff, especially Ester and Sean, are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make guests feel like VIPs. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate all your bags. And let's not forget the breakfast buffet, which boasts the best crispy bacon, sausages, and buttery roasted mushrooms we've ever tasted.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn for a few nights and had a great experience. The room was spacious, well equipped, and clean. The shower/bathroom had plenty of hot water and came with complimentary toiletries and nice towels. Even though we couldn't stay for breakfast, the grab & go option was a much appreciated alternative. Check-in was easy and the staff were pleasant and helpful. It was also convenient to have food and drinks available throughout the day, and the hotel's location was good.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy parking. the rooms offer a clean and spacious environment, with lovely comfortable beds. the breakfast was a real highlight, with delicious, high-quality food and excellent coffee. the staff was very helpful and friendly, particularly Anna, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The evening meal was a bit of a disaster. Although we had booked it, we were not given clear information about how and when we would eat.

The hotel is located close to the A14, making it convenient for avoiding traffic from the town center. The port is also nearby, offering a unique view for those interested in maritime activities. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to unwind after a long day of adventure.

Although there was a soulless retail park with poor restaurants nearby, I found the premier inn restaurant to be a good alternative. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was exceptional, with a high quality of food and cooking. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the availability of a TV in the room.

Despite being understaffed, they all worked diligently to ensure a great experience for guests. Our room's spotless and fresh bathroom was impressive, and the rest of the hotel was equally clean. The fresh fruit selection at breakfast was a nice touch, and the typical English breakfast options were delicious. Lastly, I must mention Esther at the front desk, who warmly welcomed us and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her genuine care and professionalism convinced us to extend our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and pleasant throughout our stay. The room was very clean, with a fairly new bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept well after a busy day. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious. The hotel's location was also convenient for our needs.

The only minor aspect that could be improved upon was the lack of fresh air in the room. The window had limited opening, which made the room quite hot.
