I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, being just 5 minutes away from the Park & Ride which takes you straight into the heart of the city. The hotel is also in close proximity to other attractions like Park Meadows, Blenheim Palace, and Bicester Village, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were very friendly and joyful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The facilities were great, especially the leisure swimming pool and garden area, which provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The free Wi-Fi was also a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my visit.

The bar staff were not very knowledgeable about the wine or gins on offer, which was a bit disappointing. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience I had at this hotel.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the city centre and had a park and ride nearby. Additionally, there was a nice gastric pub in the vicinity. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable mattress. The breakfast area was modern and clean, offering a great selection of food. The staff were helpful and pleasant, providing efficient service. The hotel also had clean gents toilets with a nice air freshener.

One negative aspect was that some of the staff had a poor attitude when issues were reported, showing a lack of concern.

They were friendly, attentive, and resolved any issues we had promptly. The hotel itself had everything we needed for a relaxed gathering with friends and family. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast selection was great, and the free parking made it easy to explore Oxford. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service.

As young people, we really enjoyed the spacious and modern reception area. The hotel had a fresh atmosphere and the rooms were larger than expected, clean and well-decorated. The staff, including reception and restaurant manager Jose Carlos, were incredibly kind, helpful, and experienced. The hotel is conveniently located next to a park & ride bus depot, making it easy to get in and out of the city at an affordable price. The bar area had plenty of seating and a nice outside patio. The breakfast offered a good variety of cooked and cold options.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel on the outskirts of Oxford. The location was perfect, situated next to a beautiful park and within walking distance of a convenient park and ride. The hotel itself was incredibly modern and spacious, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were exceptional, especially Barbs who went above and beyond to make our children feel welcome. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious options including fresh fruit salad, pastries, and even a gluten-free table. The evening meals were also superb, exceeding our expectations. The added convenience of having a gas station with KFC, Starbucks, and Waitrose nearby was a bonus.

This hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services. We highly recommend this place for its exceptional staff, spacious rooms, and excellent dining options.
