I gotta say, I got great value for my money at the Holiday Inn. The room was spacious, the bed was huge, and the bathroom was super nice. Plus, the view of the port was absolutely stunning. And let me tell you, the staff couldn't have been friendlier. From check-in to arranging dinner reservations and even getting us a taxi, they were top-notch.

Now, when it comes to the morning meal, there was just one little thing that could've been better. The burgers in the restaurant were a bit pricey for what they were.

We loved this place for its convenient location to concerts at the nearby Engine Rooms and all the shopping and theatre we wanted to do. The service was impeccable, with staff keen to ensure our satisfaction and even offering to accommodate our requests for a room close to the elevators and with a view. The facilities were above and beyond, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and tennis court. We also appreciated the welcome drink on arrival and the room amenities such as the electric kettle and terrace with garden furniture.

Recommended to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service in a convenient location.

We had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on the ninth floor had a great view of the dockyard and cruise ships. The breakfast selection was good, and we enjoyed our Costa lattes in the morning. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping our room clean and tidy. we had a nice experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location right at the docks was perfect for meeting my friends and boarding our cruise ship. It was so convenient, and we could even see the ship from our window. The breakfast was also very good, and the meals throughout our stay were enjoyable. The staff, especially Louise at reception, were polite and helpful. Louise's attention to detail and care for the guests' experience really stood out. it was a wonderful start to our cruise journey.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was clean and had a fresh smell. I liked that I could open the window and turn off the air conditioning. The shower was also fantastic. The hotel had a nice, large room with blackout curtains, which ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Additionally, it is just a short distance from a major commercial shopping center, perfect for all my shopping needs. The nearby food mall and cinema also provided great entertainment options.
