This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a welcoming bar area, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast options. I fondly remember how the staff helped me with restaurant suggestions during my first stay. I'll definitely return for Xmas!

The location was perfect for our cruise—just a short walk away! The staff were friendly, and breakfast had enough options to start our day right, especially enjoyed the coffee.

Unfortunately, the bed wasn't very comfortable, and the lack of a room safe made us uneasy about our valuables. Also, we had some delays with the lifts—only one was operational.

The room was super comfy with a fab view of the busy ferry terminal—who knew chaos could look so nice? Plenty of space, and parking worked out better than expected.

However, one of the lifts was out of commission, so it was a bit of a stair workout! Hope I didn't impress anyone with my heavy breathing from all those flights.

the location is awsome, right near the ocean terminal, and the staff seems really friendly. the breakfast is solid with lots of options. They always keep the place clean. rooms are comfy, especially the beds, and loved having plugs near the bed. and even though the outside looks kinda old, the inside is super nice. love the nice views from the higher floors!

but the shower pressure was kinda weak and the parking situation was confusing at first. also, the breakfast area felt a bit crowded and hectic.

I enjoyed my experience here. The food in the Open Lobby was great, especially the breakfast buffet. It was nice to relax and enjoy the view of Mayflower Park while having some food. The location worked for me since it was close to shopping and dining options. I had a pleasant conversation with the staff, who were always willing to help. Overall, good value for a comfortable stay before heading to the cruise terminals.

The location is perfect for boarding cruise ships and the breakfast has an array of choices (the freshly cooked food was top-notch). Staff seemed to truly care about guest satisfaction. Clean rooms were a plus!
