the breakfast had abundant provisions, but the room heating was tricky to operate.

what a shocking disappointment at this hotel! first, my car was covered in bird poop from their atrocious parking situation, then I find out the air conditioning didn’t cool till 3 am. don't even get me started on the flat pillows and damaged bathroom mirror! I almost gave a good review, but absolutely not!

The staff were choice and the room was comfy, but the cook could’ve used a few more hands. the bathroom had some patched bits. Overall, sweet as stay!

We had a lovely stay at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Northpoint! The King Room was cozy and equipped with a microwave and fridge, making it easy to store snacks and leftovers. The beds were super comfortable, and we appreciated the clean and modern decor. The hotel felt welcoming, and we enjoyed the breakfast options offered. It really helped kick-start our day!

The cleanliness of the outdoor areas needs attention!!! Trash was overflowing upon arrival!!! Parking security is questionable, with reports of theft that could discourage future guests!!! An upgrade of the dated decor would do wonders!!! Air conditioning malfunctions need addressing!!!

However, a missing room cleaning service left my garbage competing for attention! Plus, I was beginning to think the pool was just a mirage.

We enjoyed a spacious room with two queen beds, perfect for our family. The accessibility features were great. However, we faced challenges with cleanliness and noise from other guests, which could be improved. Make sure to clarify breakfast details at check-in to avoid surprises!

The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed a meal at the Garden Grille & Bar, which was convenient. Being from Rome, I like exploring unique lodgings, and this place stood out to me during my travels.
