We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, as it was near to Coates Water lake, which provided a refreshing morning walk. The restaurant staff were helpful, providing us with a menu and assisting us throughout our meal. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The service from the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast offered a great selection and the view of the well-kept parking area was nice.

The noise from other rooms during the night was a bit disruptive, as it continued until well after midnight. The reception staff did not take any action to address the issue, nor did they request the noisy guests to quiet down after 11 pm.

The restaurant in the hotel was nice - clean, tidy and breakfast had lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The staff was very sympathetic and caring. The gym and pool services worked perfectly. The food was excellent.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was right opposite the Richard Jeffries museum and close to Swindon center, making it easy to explore the area. The bar and restaurant were spacious and could accommodate our group of five comfortably. there were plenty of disabled bays available for convenient parking.

The air conditioning wasn't functioning and despite reporting the issue to reception, it wasn't resolved during my stay. some aspects of the room were not attended to during the daily cleaning, such as removing used dishes and replenishing supplies.
