The room I was upgraded to had a super king bed that was incredibly comfortable. The room was well-equipped and had a fridge, which was very convenient. The walk-in shower was spacious and the body wash and soap provided were lovely. I also loved the new-look reception/bar/restaurant area, with its modern furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was extremely impressed. The staff here were exceptional, always with a friendly and 'can do' attitude. They even went out of their way to find some conditioner for my daughter when she needed it. The food at this hotel was also top-notch, absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. The newly refurbished Executive Rooms were a treat, with excellent showers, fluffy towels, and super comfortable beds. The quality furnishings and carpets added to the overall luxurious vibe of the room. Another highlight of my stay was the swimming pool, where I spent some relaxing and enjoyable moments.

If I had to make one suggestion for improvement, it would be to provide a welcome pack for guests and perhaps have mini toiletries available in case they are needed. However, overall, this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and I would highly recommend it to my family and friends.
