During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the key location of the hotel, which was conveniently close to various shops and restaurants within a short walk. The room size was also impressive, providing ample space for my family. the staff were kind and accommodating throughout our stay.

The carpets had an unpleasant odor, and there was dust everywhere, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The state of the bathroom mirrors and walls covered in soap and toothpaste splashes was also off-putting.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. We were able to attend the concert easily as there was a gate at the back of the hotel that provided direct access to the park. The room was spacious and had two double beds, which was great for our group of friends. the breakfast had a wide variety of options and the self-service system with helpful staff made it an enjoyable experience.

We were put in a smoking room despite being non-smokers. The room smelled strongly of smoke, which even affected our clothes.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and professional. The hotel had great facilities including a lovely swimming pool and hot jacuzzi. The location next to the international centre was convenient for us. The nearby shopping centre had a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The hotel also had free WiFi and entertainment options like table football and Sky Sports.

We spent the New Year's Eve weekend at this hotel and we liked that the room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from a big mall and entertainment center. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety and was very tasty. it was a nice place to sleep.
