I recently stayed at Hollamoor Farm for a few days to enjoy the beautiful Devon countryside. The room was decorated beautifully, with ample space and cozy armchairs. The bathroom was a highlight, with a luxurious bath and a separate, spacious monsoon shower. The hosts, George and Caroline, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The unique styling of the rooms, including the charming curtains and bed headboard, added to the overall delightful experience. For horse lovers, this place is a dream come true. The location was perfect, offering a true rural getaway while still being within easy reach of beaches. The breakfast was delicious, served in a characterful dining room with a warm log-fire. George and Caroline went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We can't wait to return!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We stayed at Hollamoor Farm Bed & Breakfast and had a wonderful experience. the converted hay loft we stayed in was unique and well-equipped, allowing us to have a lovely evening meal after our long journey. the hosts, Caroline and George, were incredibly friendly and showed us around the picturesque property, complete with stables, wildlife, horse trails. the location, just 15 minutes from Barnstaple, made it easy for us to explore North Devon, visiting beautiful beaches and charming towns. the breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs, and the communal breakfast was a delightful way to start the day. it was the perfect place to stay and the hosts made us feel welcome throughout our visit.

Inconveniently located bathroom.

hollamoor farm really impressed us this time. caroline and george were so welcoming and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed chatting over tea on the lawn. the farm's history was evident in the farmhouse decor, and the animals were accessible. caroline's book was a thoughtful gift. a delightful experience!

Towels were rough.

This hotel offers a perfect countryside experience with stunning views and amazing walks. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with traditional furnishings and modern en-suite bathrooms. The staff is welcoming and provides plenty of local information. The breakfast is served piping hot on hot plates, ensuring a delicious start to the day.

Nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect.

our stay at the farm was even better than our previous visit to barnstaple. the spacious rooms, friendly hosts, and delicious breakfast made our experience unforgettable. the farm's serene location and coffee facility between the bedrooms added a special touch to our stay.

No tv in the room.

The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful, including options like muesli, toast, and cooked breakfast. The staff was welcoming and friendly, providing helpful tips for exploring the North Devon sights. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, surrounded by beautiful surroundings and wildlife.

Not one thing.

We had a great breakfast every morning during our stay and we enjoyed the fact that we could order cooked food. the location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the city. We also liked the fact that the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Our room was quite small and cluttered, which made it difficult to move around, and the bathroom was down the hall. the driveway was a bit narrow and rough, which made it difficult to park and maneuver our car.

The location of the accommodation is truly delightful. Nestled in a beautiful garden, visitors can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the abundance of wildlife. The rooms are tastefully furnished, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. The breakfast served in the main house is a real treat, with a roaring fire creating a cozy ambiance. guests have the opportunity to meet other lovely guests and share stories.

It is disappointing that some areas of the accommodation are not as clean as one would expect.
