As guests with families, we loved the variety of breakfast options and the fresh fruit available. The cooked breakfasts were delicious with a good menu to choose from. The hosts and staff were friendly, nice, and helpful. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, and our tea and coffee tray was replenished daily.

We had the most wonderful stay at a lovely B&B in an excellent location. the hosts at Holly Trees Bed & Breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was warm and comfortable, with lots of extra touches like a fridge, fresh milk, and even lovely wine glasses. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices and freshly cooked quality produce. We felt very welcome and all the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was great, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. We have already recommended Holly Trees to others.

As low-budget travelers, we were pleasantly surprised by the many little extras at this accommodation. We enjoyed the convenience of taking rolls and fillings from the dining room after breakfast for lunch. The room had sweets, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities such as hooks, storage options, a coffee pod machine. The host, David, provided excellent, personal service, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The location was also perfect, just a 5-minute walk to town.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is fairly close to the centre of Seahouses and the beautiful sea. You can easily walk to the main street, the harbour, and the popular local restaurants. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfy beds and pristine white covers and towels. There are also thoughtful touches like a silent running fridge in the room and a small bottle of milk provided daily. The breakfast is excellent, with generous portions and hot plates.

One downside is that it rained all day on Tuesday, which was a bit disappointing.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the harbor and all the local amenities. It was really convenient to explore the town on foot and enjoy the restaurants and pubs nearby. the accommodation was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Our room didn't have a door or screen separating the bathroom from the bedroom. While it didn't bother me personally, my partner felt a bit uncomfortable with it.

The staff was friendly and provided quick service at breakfast, which was delicious and freshly cooked. I also appreciated the fact that they were flexible and accommodated my request for an early breakfast without any hassle.

It was small and lacked enough space for my romantic escape. the bathroom was tiny and definitely not what I expected for the amount I spent.
