I recently stayed at a lovely B&B called Holmleigh House and had a fantastic experience. The hosts, Linnea and Nigel, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They greeted me upon arrival, offered me a warm cuppa and homemade cake, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The room and en-suite were spacious and beautifully furnished, with a brilliant shower and huge bath towels. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from, including a full cooked English breakfast, haddock and poached egg, scrambled egg and smoked salmon. Linnea was very attentive and provided helpful advice on local walks and places to park. the attention to detail and level of service at Holmleigh House made it the best B&B I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well appointed with everything I needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to everything. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, with tables set out on a lovely terrace. The staff, especially Antonio, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay.

Great breakfast, comfy bed, and nice garden. The breakfast had a lot of options and was really filling. The bed was really comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The garden was lovely and we enjoyed sitting outside in the sun.

The location as it wasn't as close to the town center as we thought it would be. We also found it difficult to find somewhere to park our car near the hotel. Lastly, we felt that the room was quite small and we didn't have much space to move around.
