Lovely host, always attentive and very welcoming. Facilities were good and the shared kitchen and bathroom were always clean. Great location for people who want to be in the city and not far from the New Forest. Lots of activities nearby. As bike riders, we appreciated the close proximity to our work place and the easy access to cycling routes.

The location of the accommodation is perfect, just opposite a convenient one-stop shop and very close to the city center. The triple room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the kitchen facilities were good. Margaret, the owner, was lovely and helpful. The modern bathroom had a great shower that provided a refreshing experience. The rooms were clean and warm, with a pretty design on the cups and saucers.
