The complimentary bottle of Laurent Perrier champagne and chocolate strawberries for our silver wedding anniversary was a truly special touch. the service, attention to detail, and complimentary amenities made my stay unforgettable.

We recently went on a romantic escape and were blown away by the luxurious entrance and attentive staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room with a stunning bathroom. The hotel was perfectly located for shopping and exploring the city. The in-room dining was excellent, particularly the Greek yogurt.

The hotel lacked variety in its restaurants and bar – we did not leave the hotel for dinner during our stay. The hotel was quite pricey, and we found that some amenities were not worth the extra cost.

As young holiday goers, we loved the modern and beautiful design of the hotel. The bathroom was a standout, especially the luxurious bath! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring as tourists. The pool and spa facilities were also amazing, adding to the overall experience. The staff, from the cleaning crew to the front desk, were welcoming and genuinely wanted to make our stay memorable. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness shown by Alexis and Rene was exceptional. We really enjoyed the well-stocked mini bar and the quirky decor and lifts added a fun touch to the overall ambience.

The exclusive amenities in my room were beyond luxurious and my every need was fulfilled by the attentive staff. The Spa & wellness centre was the ultimate relaxation destination with a variety of treatments available. The heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room were all top-notch. The treatment rooms were beautifully designed and the therapists provided top-quality massages that left me feeling rejuvenated.

The only slight issue I encountered during my stay here was that the restaurant was not what I was expecting. It was more of a café that served cakes and pastries rather than a full restaurant.
