The recent refurbishment was beautifully done, with shutters on windows and doors. The room was well presented. Staff throughout the hotel were extremely helpful. The hotel's location is great, with easy access to the beach, harbor, and famous sea walk. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely linen and fluffy towels.

Traveled for leisure and stayed 2 nights. Welcoming staff, clean and well-appointed bedroom. Freshly cooked breakfast with excellent bread selection. Lovely surprise- catered for dairy-free items. Best part: sea view! Hotel cellar used for secure bike storage. Great location on beach, stroll to high street for restaurants and bars. Hotel bar had friendly staff and relaxed vibe, welcoming dogs. Great decor, clean, good shower, nice breakfast. Great value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations. the location is absolutely amazing, as it is right on the beachfront. The views from the room were breathtaking, and having a balcony to enjoy the hot weather was an added bonus. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Finally, the room itself was well-finished and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

The location was perfect - right on the beach! The pre-packed breakfast supplied was enjoyable, and sitting on the balcony watching the world go by was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Upon entering the room, we immediately felt a sense of charm and tranquility. The attention to detail in the room's decor was evident, and everything was meticulously clean. We especially appreciated the binoculars provided, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the seafront and within walking distance of the town. Despite the small size of the room, it had all the necessary facilities and was very comfortable.

One minor drawback was the compact size of the room, which made it a bit cramped for a longer stay. Additionally, the breakfast was a bit overpriced.

We had an amazing time at this hotel by the seaside. The location was perfect, just across from the harbour and on the seafront. Our room was clean and tidy, with a modern design and plenty of electrical sockets for all our gadgets. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and we couldn't wait to go back. The staff were friendly and the service was great. We especially enjoyed the delicious cooked breakfast and the scrumptious mussels and brioche burger.

The shower head in our room needed replacing, as the water sprayed everywhere.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Whitstable and had a fantastic experience. the location of the hotel was stunning, right on the beachfront with breathtaking sea views. It was wonderful waking up and being able to see the waves crashing against the beach from my room. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel well looked after throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a self-service buffet and lovely views from the bar/restaurant area. The attention to detail and level of service I received were truly commendable.

We had a great city break in a small coastal town. We enjoyed the peaceful location with breathtaking sea views. We appreciated the complementary free parking and generous tea tray in our room. the decor reflected the seaside vibe with lovely original artwork in the public areas and rooms. the large restaurant downstairs had a good selection of reasonably priced dishes, providing value for money.

The receptionist informed us that we may have difficulty finding a meal in town on a Sunday evening. even though we paid a premium rate for our room it was quite small and the shower was tiny.
