The views of Flatiron Park from The Cove were absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sight of the greenery and the sound of birds chirping was the perfect way to start my day. One memorable interaction was with the friendly staff at the Cabana Bar who went above and beyond to create a personalized cocktail for me. It was a thoughtful and delightful surprise.

The aggressive incident with the security guards at 4 am was highly disturbing and unacceptable, tarnishing an otherwise pleasant stay.

The Cove of Lake Geneva impressed me with its spacious suites, perfect for families. The separate sleeping areas for children and fully-equipped kitchens were a real plus. the private balconies offered a great view of the nearby Flatiron Park. The convenient location, right off the lobby, made accessing the outdoor pools and fitness center a breeze.

The room was super dated and lacked basic amenities. There were no refreshments in the room, and the in-wall A/C unit was inadequate for the space, resulting in uncomfortable temperatures.

The room was impeccably clean, from the shades to the carpets and even the kitchen and bathroom. Great location near the lake, restaurants, and shops.

Felt like being home, nothing too much trouble.

We hit up Wilmot Mountain for some sick snowboarding and then chilled at the hotel's pools. The location was perfect for hitting the town at night!

It would've been lit if they had a nightclub or late-night hangout spot for us young peeps.

Affordable, comfortable rooms with spacious layouts and cozy bedding. Special requests for celebrations are honored generously. Upgraded amenities include a new stove, oven, fridge, and improved pool temperature. Convenient downtown location with a nice attached restaurant. Warm and welcoming staff.

I chose this hotel for attending a roundtable discussion and found it perfect for everything from conferences to corporate retreats. The Lakeshore was ideal for large meetings and events of up to 100 guests, as advertised. Event coordinators were helpful for business events.

The one service that I missed for my work was consistent and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of everything, within walking distance to all the downtown activities and across from the lake.

The Coffee Bar: The mornings at this place were like a scene from a delightful movie. Sipping my coffee on the private patio, I felt like a character from a classic novel, calmly observing the world buzzing around me. The aroma and the view were perfect!

Wish there was a second bathroom or a half bath in the Commodore suite.

This place is awesome! It is set right in the middle of everything and is within walking distance to all the downtown activities and across from the lake. The staff on the reception desk is friendly and helpful. The leisure indoor swimming pool, swimming pool, and outdoor swimming pool are excellent. The jacuzzi is a plus. The seasonal outdoor pool is heated, and there are sun loungers available. The hotel provides wi-fi, on-site car park, and late check-in/ -out. The hotel also has a fitness centre, board games, and a tennis court. The room is nice and spacious, with a kitchen and a dining table. I love the fact that there is express check-in/ -out, an outdoor dining area, a poolside snack bar, a restaurant, and a coffee shop.

This hotel is highly recommended to everyone!

The helpful directions and excellent amenities keep me coming back. With Wi-Fi, on-site car park, late check-in/out and a range of facilities including a fitness center, jacuzzi, and restaurant, it's the perfect choice for my city trips. I'm grateful for their hospitality.

As a satisfied guest at The Cove, I had a fantastic stay. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing me to easily walk to nearby attractions without dealing with the traffic. The parking was ample and convenient. I was pleasantly surprised when my room was ready for check-in earlier than expected. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. All the amenities and conveniences I needed were provided. Additionally, the pool area was thoughtfully designed, making it easy for me to keep an eye on my kids while they enjoyed the pools.

I do recommend this hotel.

I always return here for my city trips. The staff gave me plug adaptors, so I remember. It has Wi-Fi, Late check-in/out, 24-hour reception, Fitness center, & more. It suits me perfectly. No pets/smoking. Ideal spot!

My boyfriend and I stayed at The Cove for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was excellent, with beautiful views of the lake. We loved the fireplace and jacuzzi for a relaxing evening. The staff, especially Bart the parking attendant, were terrific, making us feel welcomed and giving great dining recommendations. The hotel surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a happy 40th birthday card for my boyfriend, exceeding our expectations. The entire resort was well maintained, with family-friendly pools and live music.
