I had a fabulous stay at Hotel Du Vin. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, and the soya milk provided was a great alternative. The shower in the room was fantastic and the toiletries were of high quality. The hotel itself had a lovely atmosphere and the staff at reception were attentive and accommodating. The room exceeded my expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade upon arrival. I had a great experience and I will definitely be recommending this hotel.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from the seafront and main areas for shopping and dining. the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options to choose from. They provide fresh milk in the fridge for tea and coffee, which is a huge plus.

The noise levels can be quite high, especially in rooms facing the street. the soundproofing could use some improvement.

The complimentary mince pies and mulled wine were nice, and the location was great for walking around and exploring the nearby attractions. the beach was a hop and a skip away, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the breakfast was also quite good.

The noise levels were unbearable, with constant street noise and people slamming doors all night long. the room itself was cramped and uncomfortably warm, with outdated decor that looked like it hadn't been touched since the '70s.
