As backpackers, we loved the central location, walking distance to attractions and great range of cafes and restaurants. The room was well-decorated with a lovely view overlooking the parkland. Service was friendly and attentive, with a special mention to Evan for going the extra mile at breakfast. The bathroom was beautiful with a roll-top bath and huge shower.

Felt lucky, no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at Hotel Du Vin in a junior suite. The hotel is conveniently located in a fashionable area, with a park right across the street. The town centre is just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable as a lone traveler. They even allowed me to check in early and gave me a choice of rooms. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely roll top bath. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the views from the front-facing rooms were stunning. it was a great experience.

While staff were generally friendly, some could benefit from more training on hospitality services. the rooms could benefit from better soundproofing, as we were disturbed by noise from the restaurant and the streets near the hotel.

Being with limited mobility, I loved the spacious rooms, accessible bathroom, and guest amenities. Staff were helpful with parking, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the town. The lounge/bar areas and outdoor seating were also great.

The food in the restaurant was excellent, with friendly staff and a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the bar on site also impressed me with its great cocktails and cheerful bar staff. the breakfast provided was of high quality and had a good selection of food and beverages to choose from.

The room I stayed in was extremely hot and stuffy, with no air conditioning or proper ventilation. the window couldn't stay open, and the fan in the room was ineffective.

Lovely town, excellent shops, lovely parks, great location, spacious room, well appointed.
