Such a lovely little hotel, a great find. We needed somewhere to stay for 1 night near the ITV television studios and this hotel was perfect. It was only a 5-minute walk from the studios and Westfield shopping center. The room was excellent, with 2 singles and a double bed, as well as a small sitting area with a sofa, chair, and coffee table. The amenities in the room, such as the small fridge, coffee/tea kettle, and TV, were all appreciated. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water and towels, with 2 sinks. We were more than pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend to friends and stay again. The 24/7 reception and small bar were also a nice touch.

Great location for exploring the rest of the city - close to tube station, but still quiet. Outstanding staff, comfortable and modern room with nice touches like bath robes and slippers. Fabulous power shower in the modern bathroom. Nice continental breakfast. Proper black out curtains.

Our stay at Shepherds Bush was fantastic! The room was modern and clean, perfect for a short stay. The location was ideal, just a minute's walk from the London underground. Despite this, the room was quiet and we didn't hear any noise from the trains or the city. The staff were very friendly and check-in and check-out were a breeze. We also appreciated having AC in the room, especially with the hot weather outside. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay.

It was so convenient to have the tube station right beside the hotel, making it easy to travel around. The staff were amazing, going out of their way to assist me as I was in a wheelchair. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it!

The room decor was fantastic, clean and fresh. the shower had multiple shower heads to choose from and the toiletries provided were very nice. the location was perfect for us, right by the entrance to the market. the hotel's entrance was set back from the road and had electric gates, allowing us to drive right up to the small foyer to take our cases in. the 24-hour bar had reasonable prices and the atmosphere was easy and friendly. We would definitely consider staying again.

The reception staff barely acknowledged us and didn't engage in any conversation. the carpet at the foot of the bed was soaking wet throughout our stay.
