I felt so comfortable and at home during my stay.

Reception staff provided amazing service, offering to watch my car and changing my room promptly upon request. Room was spacious with nice canal views. The leisure facilities looked slightly outdated but breakfast was delicious with a good variety.

The shower in our room was absolutely fantastic. The water pressure was strong, and it had ample space. It was a refreshing and enjoyable experience to start the day with such a great shower.

Although there were a few minor issues during our stay, one standout positive was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist who then went out of their way to accommodate our request for a twin room.

During our New Year’s stay, we enjoyed the two recreational facilities the hotel offered, the swimming pool and steamer. The hotel has a key location near the town center, making it easy to access restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel was also very clean, and the staff was brilliant and supportive throughout our stay.

Our biggest complaint was the lack of parking. We had to park in another location and pay for parking, unlike other hotels that offer all-inclusive parking.
