Helpful concierge made arrival smoother.

I was disappointed to find that this hotel, which was labeled as a 4-star accommodation, felt more like a budget option. The room itself had a broken door lock, and the shower was so low that it was difficult to use. Additionally, simple requests to the reception were often forgotten, which added to the overall frustration of my stay.

the air conditioning struggled at times (not ideal for the humidity). the breakfast had a great variety of fresh fruits, and made-to-order eggs were a highlight. the rooftop pool was lovely with a huge sun deck. friendly staff helped with my room issue quickly.

A prime choice for a holiday in Belem (Para) with value for money. The breakfast was excellent and very varied, which was a nice surprise. Turn up the air conditioning a bit to avoid damp furniture.

Had a little hiccup with the security guard who wasn’t friendly at all. Eventually, a staff member showed up real quick to help with my laptop plug issue, and that was nice.
