We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was right in the heart of the city, on the main street. It made exploring the city so convenient and we were able to easily access all the attractions and shops. The service provided by the staff here was top-notch. From the friendly reception staff to the helpful cleaning staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself had a clean and fresh ambiance, and the rooms were modern and well-appointed. We particularly loved the spacious bathrooms and the comfortable beds. The restaurant and lounge areas were also impressive, with delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the attention to detail in celebrating the Welsh culture throughout the hotel. It added a unique and charming touch to our experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was lovely - very clean and spacious, with a fantastic shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect. Right beside the castle in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly quiet. I loved being in the middle of everything this city has to offer.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to many attractions. the rooms were excellent, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the spacious showers and the availability of amenities like a hair dryer and ironing board.

One thing that could be improved upon was the breakfast. While it was alright, there could have been more variety, especially when it came to the cheese selection.

The room was beautifully clean and the decor was nice with wooden keys adding a really cool nod towards sustainability. The breakfast selection was varied and very nice, including a continental breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and were keen to provide a great service.

The hotel is superbly located in the city center, close to numerous dining options. Despite its central location, the room was extremely quiet, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was spacious and powerful. We also appreciated the Welsh-themed decor throughout the hotel. The bar served excellent red wine and the best pint of Stella my partner has ever had. Breakfast was fresh and offered a range of options to suit all tastes. the staff, cleanliness, location, and amenities made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

The lighting in the room was far too dark and made it difficult to apply make-up or see clearly. There were also not enough coffee pods provided, and no instructions on how to use the coffee machine.
