I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Exeter for a week-long vacation. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of hot and cold options. The bar area was a nice spot to relax and enjoy a drink. The room itself was surprisingly spacious for UK standards, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the area on foot. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I was impressed with the beautiful decor, cleanliness, and the amenities in the room like the coffee machine.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is nestled in a picturesque location that offers a stunning view from the rooftop bar. The decor in the rooms is lovely, with incredibly comfortable beds and perfect temperature control. Guests can also enjoy an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options.

There were some issues with the check-in process, which caused delays and lack of information.

We had a fantastic stay at Indigo in Exeter. the hotel's trendy and friendly atmosphere made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the staff took great care of us and the meal at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious. Our room on the 7th floor had a stunning view of the Cathedral and was incredibly spacious. the decor was beautifully done, with special touches like elegant black and gold cup and saucers, gold taps and shower head. the staff went above and beyond, even surprising us with a plate of macaroons with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate. It was truly a memorable experience.

The hotel was hard to find, and the lack of parking and fan made it difficult to settle in. the bed was uncomfortable, and the staff in the bar was rude and condescending.
