I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ayr. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great customer service. The room was clean, modern, and well-decorated. The bathroom was well-kitted out with a strong and adjustable shower, fresh and soft towels, and everything I needed. The hotel is centrally located, close to the main shopping area and the train station. The free car parking was a bonus, allowing me to easily park my car off the road.
