We got great value for our money at Plas Hyfryd. The room was cozy and spacious, and the staff treated us with utmost friendliness and couldn't be more helpful. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town.

The staff were friendly and always willing to help. We particularly liked the well-presented dishes served in the restaurant, with locally sourced ingredients. the sitting-out area was fantastic, especially the mini fire pit tables - perfect for a cozy evening outside. there was adequate parking available on-site, which made our stay much more convenient.

There were some minor issues that could be improved, such as the low output of light in the bedroom as it was a bit dim. the beds were slightly stiff and would have been more comfortable with a topper.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the outside patio area, which was a great spot to relax in the sunshine. The breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious, with a Welsh full English breakfast that was a definite highlight. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.
