The hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices for both accommodation and food. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a remote area. The location was tranquil and quiet, surrounded by nature. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel at home. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, with comfortable beds and ample parking space. We enjoyed the delicious food and the bar had a great selection of whiskies and beers. The hotel also allowed dogs, which was a bonus for us.

The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring the beautiful Scottish countryside. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing us with extra blankets for our cozy Christmas stay. the breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options, and the bacon was particularly tasty.

Our room had an overpowering smell of stale cigarette smoke which made our stay quite unpleasant. the shower was also not working properly, with either scalding hot or freezing cold water, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

The value for money at House O' Hill was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a stunning part of Scotland and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering it downstairs instead of in the room, as it was a bit cramped and limited in choices.
