The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. Easy check-in process. Comfy and clean private room with a warm temperature. Generously supplied shower rooms. Well-stocked front of house room with lots of information and coffee/ice cream station. Nice breakfast station. Super central location near old pubs and Thieving Harry's.

Not one thing.

We had a cosy stay at this fantastic hostel in the heart of the city. The owner was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The bunk beds were a bit close together, but with friends, it was a cosy atmosphere. The central location was convenient, and the staff were warm and helpful, even offering us extra blankets. We enjoyed the view of the Hull Minster from the kitchenette window, and the chimes of the clock in the morning added a charming touch. Despite some minor drawbacks like thin walls and shower curtains that smelled damp, overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hostel for its great location and friendly atmosphere.

I had a fantastic time staying at this gem of a hostel in the heart of the old town. The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the Hull Minster from the kitchenette window. The staff were friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a warm temperature. The shower rooms had a generous supply of shower gels and shampoos, making it convenient for guests. The funky front of house room had loads of information and a well-stocked coffee and ice cream station. I also loved the breakfast station, where guests could contribute to a donations tin for cereals and milk. the hostel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The shower curtains did have a slight musty smell, but overall it didn't impact my stay negatively.

Stayed at Hull Trinity Backpackers and had a fantastic experience. the location is perfect, right next to Trinity Market and within walking distance of the station and shopping centre. the single room was clean, comfortable, and secure. the kitchen had all the necessary facilities. Glenn, the host, was incredibly helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location in the heart of Hull's Old City, with a view of Hull Minster from the kitchenette; waking up to the chimes and bells. Homely, cosy and colourful vibe throughout with a comfortable and warm room. Close to the waterfront, shops, library, and railway station. Friendly and helpful host, clean facilities, excellent value for money.

We loved the central location of this hostel, right in the heart of town. It was so convenient for exploring the Old Town and being close to all the major attractions. Additionally, being next to a market was a bonus, as we could easily grab some local produce. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with everything being clean and tidy. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and close to pubs and a Tesco's. the hostel offered a cozy common area with board games and a TV, perfect for relaxing. the laundry service was cheap and convenient. the gallery and free museums nearby were a nice bonus, and it was interesting to see some European influences in the city's architecture. the checkout time at 11pm was a pleasant surprise.

There was some noise outside the single rooms in the kitchen, but it wasn't too late. the walls were paper thin, but the hostel had a respectful atmosphere, and we slept well without much disturbance.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hull Trinity Backpackers. The owner, Glenn, went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to drop off our bags early and even moving them into our room while we were out exploring. The common areas were spotlessly clean and the kitchen and dining area had a cozy and colorful atmosphere. The location was perfect, situated in the old part of the city and close to the waterfront, Hull Minster, shops, the library, and the railway station. The room was comfortable and warm, with a great writing bureau. We also appreciated the proximity to pubs and the convenience of having a Tesco's just across the street. we had a wonderful week at Hull Trinity Backpackers and highly recommend it.

If you're sensitive to loud noises while sleeping, it may be an issue as the hostel is located next to a heavily frequented road. Additionally, the showers were not up to par.

Noise levels were a bit high.

Great value for money, clean and tidy rooms, and a central location that can't be beat. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to work in the lobby after check-out. The atmosphere was pleasant and the other guests were respectful. Would definitely stay again for a few days.
