I recently stayed at the Hy Hotel in Lytham St Annes for a family holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even moving us to a more suitable apartment when we needed more space. The gym, pool, sauna, and steam room were all fantastic amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the hotel's location near a lovely park and just minutes away from the beach was perfect. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return to this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hy Hotel in Lytham St Annes. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and shops. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and newly renovated. The two-bedroom layout with double beds and en-suite bathrooms was perfect for our family. We felt comfortable and at home throughout our stay. The warm and friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The price was more than reasonable for the quality of accommodation we received. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Lytham St Annes.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the beachfront and local high street. the indoor pool and hot tub were amazing, and we were lucky to have them all to ourselves. the two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and even had dishwashing essentials provided. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. the lack of air conditioning was a downside, especially in a hotel aspiring to be five-star.

Stayed at the Premier Collection for a family vacation. The kitchen / diner was fabulous, shower worked well, and the swimming pool and facilities were great. Good location with on-site parking. Staff were always happy to help. Lovely, clean, well-designed apartment with TVs in the lounge area and both bedrooms. Washer dryer in the kitchen. Plenty of parking spaces, no problems finding a spot. Lovely view of the park. Dog-friendly too! Would definitely stay again.

The value for money was incredible, as the apartment felt like a modern and spacious home. The quirky and well-finished decor added to the overall charm. The location was fantastic, especially for my dog who loved the park across the road. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The added bonus of a pool area and gym made our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, one of which had bunk beds for our children, and the other had a comfortable king-size bed. a special experience that anyone with dogs would appreciate.

Food for breakfast could have been better; it consisted of cereal and breakfast bars from Aldi which you take to your room.

During our Christmas stay, we had a spacious apartment with cute en suite shower rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. the amenities provided, such as a washing machine and oven, made our stay convenient. the location was perfect, with a park and supermarket nearby. the staff were friendly and gave great recommendations for takeout, making our stay enjoyable.

the lack of attention to detail was evident in the missing hand soap and towels in the apartment, and the breakfast experience was underwhelming with a limited selection of pastries.

The room was clean and well-equipped, with a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board provided. The staff were incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond to assist us. The facilities, including the pool, were amazing, and there was even a Starbucks machine on-site for our caffeine fix.

There were some noise disturbances from the rooms above, which made it difficult for us to relax. Despite this small inconvenience, our overall experience at the hotel was still amazing.
