The location, pool, evening events, and food were all excellent. The Greek night was a standout. The staff provided exceptional service, with a surprise in our room for our honeymoon. Comfy rooms with a simple Greek design. The Italian restaurant served top-quality food. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city and free parking.

Excellent location near the beach and casino, with a short walk to the old city. Italian restaurant offers delicious food. Beautiful and spacious sea water pools. Amazing and attentive staff, especially Patrice, Eleni, and Maria.

I recently stayed at a budget beach hotel in Rhodes and was pleasantly surprised by the location. It was just a short walk to the beach, where I spent my days soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal clear waters. The hotel also offered easy access to public areas in the EU, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel had a great view of Elli beach, providing a picturesque backdrop to my stay.

One downside, however, was the limited availability of certain facilities.

The staff at Mitsis Grand Hotel Beach Hotel were friendly and attentive. The location was great and the facilities were as described. The food options, including vegetarian choices, were amazing at the Mitsus restaurant, Italian, and Asian restaurants. The rooms were clean and bright, and despite some minor worn furniture, our stay at this fabulous hotel was not hindered. I would definitely recommend it to friends and stay here again if visiting Rhodes.

Had a blast during Christmas break! Great food and drinks with a wide variety of choices. Loved the beach location and the easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice balcony to enjoy the view. Activities offered were plenty and so much fun to join.

The bathroom was not up to par. It was outdated and in need of some renovation.

I recently stayed at Mitsis Grand Hotel in Rhodes and it was great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and the harbor. The staff were friendly and treated us like part of the Mitsis family.

Exuding luxury and exclusivity, this venue fulfilled our every need with their impeccable service. The spa and wellness centre with a sauna, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi, and treatment rooms were exceptional. The sun terraces and sun loungers surrounded by gardens were incredibly relaxing. The tasty dishes from the restaurant, in-room breakfast, and poolside snack bar were delectable. Moreover, the bars and lounges offered refreshing and high-quality beverages.

The only minor issue was that some guests were reserving sun loungers with towels early in the morning and then not using them, causing a shortage of poolside spaces. However, the hotel staff was professional and friendly in managing these situations promptly.

We had an amazing experience during our New Year's stay. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The variety of food options was impressive, with different themed restaurants offering delicious cuisine. We especially enjoyed the Italian and Asian restaurants. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to both the beach and the town. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a gelateria open until 2 am, perfect for late-night cravings.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor issues that could be improved. The air conditioning in our room was not very effective, and despite calling maintenance multiple times, it couldn't be fully fixed.
