The staff were talkative and courteous, swiftly resolving a leaky window by relocating us. The modern decor in the rooms, especially the bathrooms, impressed with a spacious shower and ample hot water. Our second room boasted a breathtaking view of the River Parrett.

The buffet-style breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes away from popular tourist destinations like Weston, Burham, and Brean.

Clean and comfortable with good housekeeping.

The weekend at the hotel was quite pleasant. the staff members were welcoming and helpful. Fabulous view out the window, such a great spot! the room was very clean and tidy, showing that the hotel has a good cleaning team.

Although the hotel has a good location, I was unhappy with some aspects. the aircon/fan in the room didn't work properly, which made the room super cold, and the lack of basic facilities, such as a fridge, was dissatisfactory.

The basic amenities were well-provided, and I especially appreciated the good size bathrooms with lovely views.

We always choose Ibis when visiting family in the area and it never disappoints. The value for money is great and the rooms are beautiful with lots of storage and comfy beds. The staff are incredibly friendly and made our dog feel so welcome with a special goodie bag.
