The staff were talkative and courteous, swiftly resolving a leaky window by relocating us. The modern decor in the rooms, especially the bathrooms, impressed with a spacious shower and ample hot water. Our second room boasted a breathtaking view of the River Parrett.

Although the hotel has a good location, I was unhappy with some aspects. The aircon/fan in the room didn't work properly, which made the room super cold, and the lack of basic facilities, such as a fridge, was dissatisfactory.
