The hotel is in a great location, everything was really accessible. It was conveniently near the bus station and not too far from the city's shops and bars. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was great and had a huge shower. The staff were lovely and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The beds were seriously comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The breakfast service could be improved. The wait time was long and there was limited food available.

We loved the hotel's excellent location in the heart of Liverpool. It was so close to everything we needed on our trip, including shops, Albert Dock, and all the must-visit attractions in the city. Great location in the city center, close to popular attractions and easy to find. the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the lady at the reception who swiftly moved us to a larger room when we requested separate beds. the meals were delicious and reasonably priced, with attentive staff ensuring a clean dining area during busy times.

The rooms were incredibly small, with the beds stuck together and no option to separate them. Occasionally, our room cards stopped working, causing inconvenience.

For the price, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary breakfast every morning which was of good quality. the location was key for us being right by all the attractions. the lifts were prompt which was great. Staff were always at hand to help.

on one occasion we were accused of sneaking people into the room and were treated rudely by staff. This made us feel unwelcome and uneasy, resulting in a decision to leave early.
