The hotel is in a great location, everything was really accessible. It was conveniently near the bus station and not too far from the city's shops and bars. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was great and had a huge shower. The staff were lovely and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The beds were seriously comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The breakfast service could be improved. The wait time was long and there was limited food available.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the lady at the reception who swiftly moved us to a larger room when we requested separate beds. The meals were delicious and reasonably priced, with attentive staff ensuring a clean dining area during busy times.

The rooms were incredibly small, with the beds stuck together and no option to separate them. Occasionally, our room cards stopped working, causing inconvenience.

Our stay at this budget hotel was a great experience. For the price, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary breakfast every morning which was of good quality. The location was key for us being right by all the attractions. The lifts were prompt which was great. Staff were always at hand to help.

Although the room itself was comfortable, we were disappointed to find some powder under the mattress which made us question how clean the room was. on one occasion we were accused of sneaking people into the room and were treated rudely by staff.
