The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to the Underground and several attractions within walking distance. the front desk staff provided outstanding customer service throughout my stay. Additionally, the room was larger than expected and very clean.

The noise level in the room was quite uncomfortable, especially during the night. There seemed to be a lack of noise reduction materials, as I could hear the noise from the WC and shower of the people staying above me.

This hotel is exceptional! The staff are great and always there for you, providing excellent service. The location is fantastic, just a one-minute walk from Southwark tube station. It's also close to many restaurants, pubs, cafes, and attractions like Tate Modern and the Thames Path walk. The rooms are simple, modern, and super comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast prices are very reasonable, and the meals are consistently satisfying.

The internet connection can be a bit weak and unstable at times, especially if you need to have Skype conferences. Additionally, there is no fridge in the room.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! Its location was extremely convenient, being very close to the subway which made getting around the city really easy. We loved how close it was to the Thames, and how easy it was to get to Blackfriars. The room was really comfortable and had everything we needed, including a lovely power shower and great desk chair. The breakfast was amazing - lots of fry-up options and coffee that was deliciously strong.

The pillows in the room were a bit odd - they provided three for the two of us, which was a bit strange. We did have to ask for an extra one.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and we were offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies upon arrival. the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and there are many shops and restaurants nearby.

The bathroom in our room was a bit small and cramped, with not enough space to move around comfortably. the towels provided were on the smaller side and not very absorbent.

I stayed at Ibis and had a great experience. The location was perfect, right next to the Southwark tube station, making it easy to explore London. The bed in my room was comfortable and I appreciated having an in-room iron. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. It was delicious and the variety of options catered to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service.
