The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food options. the location of the hotel was perfect, being situated in a beautiful park. It was also conveniently close to other attractions in the area. One more advantage was the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who provided helpful information about the local area.

The room cleanliness was disappointing, as we found evidence of previous guests on the linens and an empty water bottle left behind. the smell in our room was unpleasant, resembling a dirty cat box.

The location is perfect for visiting the hot springs, just a short walk away. The breakfast had a great selection. We had an issue with the bed and the staff was quick to move us to a new room. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, the updated bathrooms, and the 24/7 natural hot mineral spring hot tub on site. The exterior of the hotel was well-maintained with beautiful flowers everywhere. The breakfast provided was fresh and delicious, with options for both sit-down and grab-and-go. The location was excellent for walking, and we enjoyed the proximity to the hot spring pools and the park. The staff even greeted us with warm cookies at the reception desk.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

This hotel offered beautiful views of the park from all five windows in my room, which made waking up each morning even more enjoyable. The staff were also very friendly and made me feel welcome. Plus, the price was very reasonable for all that was included like comfortable beds, basic amenities, and a delicious breakfast each morning.

The hotel didn't have an elevator, which made carrying my luggage up the stairs to my room a bit challenging.

Additionally, the breakfast offers a good variety of food options.

The showers might not provide hot water if you take it later in the morning.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The rooms are clean, updated, and have a historical charm. The hotel is conveniently located near Hot Springs State Park.
