We appreciated the air conditioning as well as the option to open the window for fresh air. The large, white fluffy towels in the bathroom were a nice touch. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold food to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing us to take breakfast up to our room. Modern, clean and quiet room. Convenient for town centre with shops, bars, and restaurants. 2 minutes from train station, 30 minutes to central London. Good value, with hot strong water.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, remembering who I was the following day. The room was comfortable with a really good bed, better than at home. The heating and bathroom were both very good. The location was brilliant, just a short walk to the main high street with a wide variety of shops and restaurants. It was also close to the train station, making it convenient for transportation. The price for 3 nights was very reasonable.
