I had an incredible stay at this place. The location was superb, just a short walk from the station and right in the heart of the city center. The views from the higher levels were absolutely breathtaking, offering a perfect panorama of the city. The modern decor and stylish furnishings made the room feel luxurious and comfortable. The room had all the amenities I needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a cozy sitting area. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was an added bonus. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly and ready to assist with anything I needed. Simon, who checked me in, provided superior customer service and the other staff members were just as helpful and friendly.

The view from our top-floor apartment was absolutely stunning, allowing us to see all of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions. The staff at the reception were super friendly and professional. The apartment was well-equipped with great facilities like an electric juicer, an illy coffee maker, and a dishwasher. They even provided fresh oranges for us to make fresh juice in the morning. The added extras like bathrobes, toiletries, and milk were an excellent touch.

Our road trip called for a short stay, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The views were absolutely stunning, and the mini apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen facilities, including the juicer and coffee machine, were a plus. The washer/dryer was incredibly useful, especially for a road trip like ours. And the free upgrade to the penthouse suite was a cherry on top. The room was massive, fully stocked, and boasted some of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. The location, just two minutes from the station, was perfect for exploring the city center and shops. And don't forget to ask for a higher level for an amazing view. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, as it is right in the centre and only a few minutes walk from New Street station. The shops are right outside the door, allowing easy access to everything we came to see. Additionally, the rooms are well-stocked with tea, coffee, and other amenities. The views over the city are spectacular, providing a great backdrop for a relaxing stay.

The common areas in the building could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with everything in the city centre within walking distance.

Had an amazing Easter weekend in the heart of the city. the location was perfect, easy access to shopping and theatres. the floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning views of the city skyline. the kitchen was fully equipped with complimentary tea and coffee, and even some snacks. Plus, the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

On arrival, there was a small issue with an unpleasant smell that disappeared after opening the windows, but it didn't ruin our experience.

También nos encantó la ubicación del hotel, ya que estaba muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y de las paradas de transporte público que nos llevaron fácilmente a Alicante.
